The Legend of The Anunnaki

Language expert Zachariah Sitchin believes it is possible that the search for gold on Earth brought about the human race as we know it and the stories of the gods of Egypt, Moses, and modern Middle Eastern religions. The Sumerians of the Fertile Crescent have a story written on clay tablets which recounts the story of beings from space known as the Anunnaki who had come from heaven and created mankind. They came from Nibiru, also known as ‘Planet X’, or the ‘Planet of Crossing’. Other cultures such as the Babylonians and the Assyrians knew the planet as ‘Marluk’. These beings were not from heaven as we understand it in its religious context today but from another galaxy.
Sitchin reports that the translation of the Sumerian clay tablets reveals the story of an alien race who came to Earth around 450,000 years ago to mine gold and other minerals in order to protect their plant from ultraviolet radiation. However they couldn’t find a suitable labor force among the creatures of Earth so they altered the genes of ancient humans and created what we know as modern humans and put them to work in their mines. These beings of “royal blood” became the gods of the Mesopotamian people and are credited with the education of humanity in the ways of civilization and agriculture.
After a search of our planet they began to mine gold in the area of modern Zimbabwe. Current research shows that evidence of large scale mining operations were conducted in this area of Africa around 100,000 years ago.
Our ancient ancestors, predating modern man, were used as slave labor to mine the gold. The slaves rebelled and it became necessary to improve the relationship between the Annunaki and their labor force. And so they began to create a new human race using their genes and the genes of early man.
The Sumerian Tablets and The Story of Genesis
As strange as this sounds their are some interesting correalations to this story and the Book of Genesis.
According to the Bible, “And Gold formed man of the dust and the ground, and breathed into his nostrils the breath of life and man became a living soul.” Then the story continues, “And the Lord God planted a garden eastward in Eden, and there he put the man whom he had formed. And a river went out of Eden to water the garden, and from thence it was parted, and became into four heads. The name of the first is Pison that is it which compasseth the whole land of Havilah, where there is gold. And the gold of that land is good: there is bdelluim and the onyx stone. And the Lord God said, Behold, the man is become as one of us, to know good and evil and now, lest he put forth his hand, an also take of the tree of life, and eat and live forever.”
Now what is meant by one of us and who is us and why is the garden of Eden on a river with a gold source.
Scientology founder L Ron Hubbard wrote the novel Battlefield Earth which was made into a movie starring John Travolta. The story is set in the year 3,000 and tells of an alien race who takes over Earth and enslaves humans to mine gold.
Mormon founder Joseph Smith reported that he was visited by an angel named Moroni back in September, 1823. Smith said that he was given the teachings of the Mormon faith by this angel who was the guardian of what is known as the “golden plates” upon which the beliefs of the Latter Day Saints are based. If you have ever seen a Mormon temple there is a golden statue of Moroni on the highest point. Moroni is said to have been a being who was dressed in the whitest of all possible white robes and that the angel himself was a being of white light.
The Basis of Modern Religion
The Sumerian legend appears to be the basis for the three main religions of the Middle East since all three belief systems had Abraham as their founding father. He is said to come from Ur, a city in modern day Iraq.
Gold then becomes the reason for the beings from heaven to appear on Earth and the development of modern man. This is a story that has survived for many thousands of years and appears to be the origin of creation myths and angelic tales of modern Jews, Christians, and Muslims.
